Have you ever read a book that you wanted to find out the ending so bad you felt like you were sprinting through the book? That was exactly what I did when I read “Love & Gelato” by Jenna Evans Welch.
The plot grows and grows so slowly that at times it can be physically painful because all I wanted to do was get to the end! This is both good and bad since I felt like the ending was somewhat lack luster but the entire book was a good, solid read.
If you’re looking for a slow build set in a picturesque countryside town in Italy during the summer, this is the perfect read for you–plus it’s not that expensive either.
BRIEF SUMMARY
